Do you prefer natural or urban scenes? Do you struggle to find beauty in your every day life?
I can take you on a meditative and contemplative walk and help you reconnect with your every day surroundings and learn how to develop the reflex of gravitating towards simple beauty.

Intro to Watercolours

I turned to watercolours during COVID. I was living in Shanghai at the time, and I thought watercolours would be a more sensible painting medium in our small flat. It is definitely more portable and doesn’t require a large storage space, but what I didn’t know was that I was embarking on a long journey of learning and teaching myself what I believe to be one of the most difficult mediums to master!
From colour theory to water control, from different types of papers and pigments to brushes and techniques, the number of hours I have spent researching good tutorials, reading about it all and watching videos is staggering!
I wish I had a kind teacher to take me through the basics at the time and present a nice summary of the important points to know to get started.
That is what I can do for you!
A quick intro lesson of a few hours or a longer project-based introduction that spans over a few sessions, I can adjust my teachings to your needs.
I also offer a ready-to-use full beginner watercolour kit to get you started on your wonderful watercolour journey – contact me for more info!
Intro to Crochet

Do you find videos unhelpful to understand where the crochet goes and where the yarn is supposed to be?
Once upon a time, a kind lady showed me in person slowly how to handle the basics, I was finally able to create a whole bunch of fun little projects, from baby blankets for friends, to cute booties and hats.
After her kind tutoring, I can now easily follow patterns and videos, which I found really hard to do before.
A few basic stitches is all you need, and before you know it, you’ll be able to create your own patterns when you can’t find a free one you like!
An easy to follow glossary of crochet terms (and translating between the British and American terms), solving the mystery of the magic circle and easily increasing and decreasing stitches? Let me help!
A few hours is all I need to help you become a crochet pro (and addict)!
Intro to Linocut

My newest passion stemmed from wanting weekday stamps for my bullet journal. I couldn’t find any like I wanted and decided to take matters into my own hands, and here I am with a new exciting hobby!
Creating stamps, with linocut (linogravure), is actually really easy, and most importantly, really fun!
Do you have an idea for a custom hand-made stamp you’ve been dying to own? Well, let me help you make it!
No need to be intimidated, linocut is actually a surprisingly easy technique.
I can teach you how to use your ready-to-use beginner linocut kit and get you started on creating your own stamps – contact me for more info!
